The Keithley 2450 is a 20 mV – 200 V SMU (Source/Measure Unit), designed to provide the user with precise testing capabilities across current, voltage, and resistance. This model offers four-quadrant, source, and sink operation. Thus, it can obtain and gauge current simultaneously from 10 fA to 10 A pulse.
